Overview

IWP-051 is an agonist for soluble guanylate cyclase with an EC 50 of 290 nM. IWP-051 stimulates the generation of cGMP, and exhibits the synergistic effect with NO. IWP-051 exhibits good pharmacokinetic characteristics in rats.
