Overview

Antiarrhythmic agent-3 is an antiarrhythmic drug with the activity of enhancing antiarrhythmic efficacy and improving inhibition index. The central nervous system toxicity of antiarrhythmic agent-3 is related to the combined effect of its hydrophobicity and acid constant ( pKa ).
