RN983

Overview

RN983 (Compound 1) is a highly selective Bruton's tyrosine kinase ( Btk ) inhibitor. RN983 inhibits IgG production in B-cells with an IC 50 of 2.5 nM and PGD2 production from mast cells with an IC 50 of 8.3 nM. RN983 is promising for research of asthma and other allergic diseases.
