Overview

BMS-187308 is an orally active endothelin-A (ETA) antagonist, with K i s of 4.7 nM for ETA and 1.7 μM for ETB. BMS-187308 inhibits the pressor response to ET-1 (ED 25 : 1.2 µmol/kg; iv). BMS-187308 is a suitable tool for investigating the role of endothelin.
