ML198

Overview

ML198 is a glucocerebrosidase ( GCase ) modulator with an EC 50 of 0.4 μM. ML198 is an activator and non-inhibitory chaperone of glucocerebrosidase. ML198 can be used for the research of Gaucher disease. ML198 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
