Overview

Propargyl-PEG5-1-O-(b-cyanoethyl-N,N-diisopropyl)phosphoramidite is a linker featuring a terminal alkyne ligated to a phosphoramidite group. This phosphoramidite may be applied in solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis to add an alkyne to the oligonucleotide sequence or other related phosphoramidite chemistry. The alkyne may be used in copper click chemistry with azides to form stable triazoles with the target molecule.
