Luffariellolide

Overview

Luffariellolide is an inhibitor of human synovial fluid phospholipase A2 ( HSF-PLA2 ) (IC 50 =5 μM). Luffariellolide effectively inhibits phorbol ester (PMA)-induced ear edema (ED 50 =50 μg/ear).
