Ibuprofen amine (Ibuprofen diethylaminoethyl ester) hydrochloride, the prodrug of Ibuprofen ( HY-78131 ), is a transdermal nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID). Ibuprofen amine hydrochloride can be used for the study of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
