SMPH Crosslinker

Overview

SMPH Crosslinker is a non-cleavable, water soluble crosslinker containing a maleimide and NHS ester group. The maleimide is able to react with thiol groups between pH 6.5 to 7.5 to form thiolester bonds. NHS ester groups are reactive toward primary amines. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
