Overview

Heptelidic acid (Koningic acid) is a sesquiterpene antibiotic . Heptelidic acid inhibits Etoposide-induced apoptosis via downregulation of caspases . Koningic acid (KA) is a specific GAPDH inhibitor with an IC 50 of 90 μM.
