Overview

Acid-PEG4-SS-PEG4-acid is a homobifunctional cleavable linker with carboxylic acid groups at both sides. The terminal carboxylic acids can be reacted with primary amines in the presences of activators such as EDC and HATU to form stable amide bonds.
