N-Tos-N-(t-butoxycarbonyl)-aminoxy-PEG4-Tos

Overview

N-Tos-N-(t-butoxycarbonyl)-aminoxy-PEG4-Tos is a PEG linker containing tosyl, boc and aminoxy moieties. Tosyl is a good leaving group and can also act as an alcohol protecting group in organic synthesis. The t-Boc protecting group can be removed under acidic conditions which allows for the amine group to be further reacted.
