Overview

Biotin-PEG3-SS-azide has a cleavable disulfide bond and a terminal azide group. The biotin group is used for protein conjugation and can also be used for chemical labeling. The azide group can participate in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkyne moieties. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the compound's water solubility in aqueous compounds.
