Overview

DBCO-NHCO-PEG13-NHS ester is a long chain PEG linker containing NHS ester that is able to react specifically and efficiently with primary amines to form astable amide bond. The hydrophilic PEG13 arm improves water solubility and can also provide a long and flexible connection that minimizes steric hindrance during ligation.
