TAK-100

Overview

TAK-100 is a selective and orally active dipeptidyl peptidase IV ( DPP-4 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 5.3 nM. TAK-100 hass little or no inhibitory effects on other dipeptidyl peptidase members. TAK-100 can be used for the study of diabetes.
