NDM-1-IN-6

Overview

NDM-1-IN-6 (Compound 1) is a potent, selective and competitive New Delhi Metallo-β-lactamase-1 ( NDM-1 ) inhibitor with a K i of 0.72 μM. NDM-1-IN-6 has a synergistic antibacterial effect with the carbapenem antibiotic Meropenem ( HY-13678 ). NDM-1-IN-6 is mainly used for research on NDM-1-mediated multidrug-resistant bacterial infections.
