Overview

4-hydroxy DiPT hydrochloride is an 5-HT 2A agonist that induces the head-twitch response (HTR) in mice, indicating psychoactivity. 4-hydroxy DiPT hydrochloride significantly reduced freezing responses to conditioned cues in a dose-dependent manner with a greater potency in female mice than male mice.
