Adenosine dialdehyde, a purine nucleoside analogue, is a potent inhibitor of S-Adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase (SAHH) ( K i =3.3 nM). Adenosine Dialdehyde exhibits potent anti-tumor activity in vivo and can be used for the cancer research.
