RSC133

Overview

RSC133 is a dual inhibitor of DNA methyltransferase 1 and histone deacetylase 1 inhibitor. RSC133 promotes cell proliferation, up-regulates H 3 K 9 histone acetylation, down-regulates p53 , p21 , p16/INK4A, and ablates pro-senescence phenotypes.
