Overview

NIBR189 is an EBI2 (Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 2) antagonist. NIBR189 inhibits human and mouse EBI2 with IC 50 s of 11 and 16 nM, respectively. NIBR189 can be used for the research of autoimmune diseases.
