ML279

Overview

ML279 is a potent scavenger receptor, class B, type I ( SR-BI ) inhibitor. ML279 can inhibit SR-BI-mediated lipid uptake by stabilizing the binding of HDL to SR-BI ( EC 50 = 0.27 μM). ML279 can be used for the researches of infection and cardiovascular disease , such as atherosclerosis and HCV infection .
