Epetraborole R-mandelate is a novel leucyl-tRNA synthetase ( LeuRS ) inhibitor ( IC 50 =0.31 μM), thereby inhibiting protein synthesis. Epetraborole R-mandelate can be used in multidrug-resistant gram-negative pathogens infection research.
