NK3201

Overview

NK3201 is an orally active chymase inhibitor (IC 50 : 2.5, 1.2, and 28 nM for human, dog and hamster chymase). NK3201 inhibits Bleomycin ( HY-17565 )-induced pulmonary fibrosis. NK3201 inhibits vascular proliferation in grafted vein.
