Overview

Methyltetrazine-amido-PEG7-azide is a bifunctional PEG crosslinker. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media. Methyltetrazine enable fast click reaction with TCO (trans-cycloctene) under miled condition, Azide(N3) group can enable copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DBCO and BCN.
