Azide-PEG16-alcohol

Overview

Azide-PEG16-alcohol is a monodisperse PEG linker containing an azide (N3) and a terminal hydroxyl group. N3 group is reactive with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
