SRI-29574

Overview

SRI-29574 is an allosteric modulator of the dopamine transporter ( DAT ). SRI-29574 partially inhibits the uptake of the DAT ( IC 50 =2.3 nM) and also partially inhibits the uptake of the serotonin transporter ( SERT ) and norepinephrine transporter ( NET ). SRI-29574 may serve as a useful probe to study the function and regulatory mechanisms of DAT.
