Overview

GS-6620 is potent and selective HCV inhibitor. GS-6620 inhibits HCV replication in genotype 1-6 subgenomic replicons and genotype 2a infectious virus, with EC 50 values of 0.048-0.68 μM. GS-6620 can be used for the researches of infection and inflammation, such as Hepatitis C Virus ( HCV ).
