Overview

Fmoc-NH-ethyl-SS-propionic NHS ester is a cleavable linker with active nHS ester group. The NHS esters can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. The Fmoc protecting group can be removed under basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations. Disulfide bond cn be cleaved with reducing agent.
