3-(Azido-PEG5-amino)propanol

Overview

3-(Azido-PEG5-amino)propanol is a PEG linker which contains an azide moiety and a terminal hydroxyl group. The azide is commonly used for copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DBCO and BCN to form triazole linkages. The hydroxyl group can react to further derivatize the compound.
