Overview

Azido-PEG1-CH2CO2-NHS is a PEG linker containing azide and NHS ester moieties. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the water solubility of compounds in aqueous media. The azide group can react with alkynes, BCN and DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
