DBCO-PEG4-PFP ester

Overview

DBCO-PEG4-PFP ester is a PFP active ester containing a DBCO group which can undergo copper-free Click Chemistry with azide (N3). The PFP ester moiety is reactive with amine groups. PFP esters have been are stable compounds and are less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of a compound in aqueous media.
