Palbociclib-propargyl

Overview

Palbociclib-propargyl is a ligand for target protein CDK6 for PROTAC , and binds to CRBN ligand via a PEG linker to make a PROTAC CP-10. CP-10 shows a DC 50 of 2.1 nM for CDK6 . Palbociclib-propargyl is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
