Phenylarsine oxide

Overview

Phenylarsine oxide (PAO), an inhibitor of endocytosis, inhibits PTPε with an IC 50 of 18 μM. Phenylarsine oxide (PAO) inhibits oxygen consumption and decreases cellular ATP content overlap with those used to inhibit protein internalization.
