IIIM-1266

Overview

IIIM-1266 is a NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. IIIM-1266 inhibits IL-1β release in mouse macrophages (J774A.1 cells) ( IC 50 = 2.3 μM) and significantly reduced the protein expression level of mature IL-1β . IIIM-1266 can be used for the study of inflammation.
