Overview

t-boc-N-amido-PEG8-amine is a bifunctional PEG linker consisting of a Boc-protected amine and a free amine. The amine can be used to perform a variety of reactions such as coupling with carboxylic acids or reductive amination with aldehydes or ketones while the Boc can be deprotected for further reactions.
