BP Lipid 126

Overview

BP Lipid 126 is an ionizable lipid that can be utilized to optimize the properties of SM-102 in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations. The ester linkages are introduced to improve tissue clearance. The ethanolamine head can effectively enhance mRNA encapsulation. The primary ester at C8 position contains 9 carbons lipid tail.
