Capmatinib dihydrochloride hydrate potently inhibits c-MET-dependent tumor cell proliferation and migration and effectively induces apoptosis . Antitumor activity. Capmatinib dihydrochloride hydrate is largely metabolized by CYP3A4 and aldehyde oxidase.
