Overview

BC8-15 is a PDE inhibitor with IC 50 values of 0.28, 0.22, and 6.46 µM for inhibiting PDE8A , PDE4A , and PDE7A , respectively. BC8-15 can enhance steroidogenesis in mouse Leydig cells.
