Overview

Methyltetrazine-amido-PEG8-amine, TFA salt is a heterobifunctional linker containing a terminal methyltetrazine, which can react with TCO-containing compounds without the catalysis of Cu or elevated temperatures, and terminal amine, which reacts with NHS ester specifically and efficiently. The PEG spacer enhances water solubility.
