Cytarabine hydrochloride

Overview

Cytarabine hydrochloride, a nucleoside analog, causes S phase cell cycle arrest and inhibits DNA polymerase . Cytarabine inhibits DNA synthesis with an IC 50 of 16 nM. Cytarabine hydrochloride has antiviral effects against HSV .
