Efaproxiral

Overview

Efaproxiral (RSR13) is a haemoglobin (Hb) synthetic allosteric modifier. Efaproxiral decreases Hb-oxygen (O2) binding affinity and enhances oxygenation of hypoxic tumours during radiation therapy .
