Overview

BPH-675 is a large bisphosphonate inhibitor with long hydrophobic side chains and a potent and selective geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthase ( GGPPS ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.71 μM. GGPPS inhibitor promotes HUVEC apoptosis .
