Overview

DS1 is a potent GABA A agonist. DS1 increases the activity of serum response element (SRE) and cAMP response element (CRE) promoters. DS1 induces luteinizing hormone beta (LHbeta) and follicle-stimulating hormone beta (FSHbeta) promoter activity.
