Overview

Sp-TTPαS is a competitive sterile alpha motif and HD domain containing protein 1 (SAMHD1) hydrolysis inhibitor. Sp-TTPαS competitively inhibits SAMHD1 triphosphohydrolase activity with a K i value of 46 µM.
