Overview

Sp-8-Br-cAMPS is an analog of cAMP( HY-B1511 ). Sp-8-Br-cAMPS is an agonist for cAMP , which performs a protein kinase A ( PKA ) activating activity with EC 50 of 360 nM. Sp-8-Br-cAMPS inhibits proliferation of T cells and the haemocyte non-self response in Lepidoptera larve.
