Overview

Sp-8-Br-cAMPS sodium is a cAMP analog, which performs a protein kinase A ( PKA ) activating activity with EC 50 of 360 nM. Sp-8-Br-cAMPS sodium inhibits proliferation of T cells and the haemocyte non-self response in Lepidoptera larve.
