pNPS-DHA

Overview

pNPS-DHA (Compound 19) is an orally active DHA-ethanolamide (DHEA) derivative that has antiallergic activity. pNPS-DHA inhibits IgE-dependent passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction in mice. pNPS-DHA has anti-degranulating activity in RBL-2H3 mast cells with an IC 50 of 15 μM.
