Overview

(R)-Pioglitazone is an orally active and selective peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor ( PPARγ ) agonist with high affinity binding to the PPARγ ligand-binding domain. (R)-Pioglitazone can be used for the research of Alzheimer's disease.
