Overview

SCH-39370 is a potent and specific inhibitor of neutral metalloendopeptidase ( NEP ) from rabbit kidney with an IC 50 value of 11.2 nM. SCH-39370 potentiates biological responses to atrial natriuretic factor and lowers blood pressure in desoxycorticosterone acetate-sodium hypertensive rats.
