Overview

PPO-IN-1 is a potent protoporphyrinogen IX oxidase (PPO) inhibitor with a K i value of 2.5 nM. PPO-IN-1 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
